Shed Suite by default always calculates the sales tax rate for RTO orders using the customer's delivery address. This is because the majority of the payments are going to be originating from the customer address so the rate should be calculated using that address as the origin.
However there are some states that allow the tax calculations to be made using the selling dealer's address. So we added a setting to make this possible.
