When we first created the Shed Suite driver app we felt that the app needed to be an actual iPhone and Android app so we could access the native features of the user's phone like Camera, GPS, and more. Since then web technology has come a long way and the introduction of "Progressive Web Apps" has proven that we can in fact now do all these cool things with browser based apps!
So last year we built a new Driver App on this new technology!
We have had this out and have had some drivers testing it for some time and we are now ready to move all driver users over to this new Driver App. The old driver app keeps getting harder and harder to maintain so we are ready to help everyone make the switch.
